I am a London-based psychotherapist and artist with over 15 years of experience providing mental health support to individuals of all ages from 13 upward, cultural backgrounds, and life circumstances. My work addresses a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, dementia, and more. Additionally, I have been offering life coaching for senior school, college, and university students, helping them navigate academic, personal, and emotional challenges.
Currently, I am training as an Art Psychotherapist, working with clients diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia, Autism, ADHD, and PTSD. This scientifically recognized expressive and creative approach to art psychotherapy enables clients to access emotions and insights that may be difficult to articulate in words, complementing traditional therapeutic services. My practice adheres to HCPC guidelines, integrating reflective and creative techniques to support holistic healing.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore and reflect on difficult emotions, facilitating greater self-awareness and healthier ways of living and relating.
My own life experiences have fostered a deep empathy and understanding of the various emotional, mental, and relational struggles individuals face, as well as the unique paths each person must take toward healing.
I approach my work with curiosity and care, maintaining ethical awareness and sensitivity throughout to support you on your journey toward greater resilience and wellbeing. Feel free to email me should you or your loved one, you think, might benefit from some therapy sessions.
Why engage in art psychotherapy, such as painting or drawing, particularly with trees? These activities can serve as a form of mental health support and are often included in therapeutic services.
