I am a London-based psychotherapist and artist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and life circumstances. My work spans a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, dementia, and more. Over the years I have also been providing life coaching for senior school, college and university students, helping them navigate academic, personal, and emotional challenges.
Currently, I am training as an Art Psychotherapist, working with clients diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia, Autism, ADHD and PTSD. This scientifically recognised expressive and creative approach allows clients to access emotions and insights that may be difficult to articulate in words, complementing traditional therapeutic methods. My practice follows HCPC guidelines, integrating reflective and creative techniques to support holistic healing.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore and reflect on difficult emotions that can help you gain greater self-awareness and begin to build healthier ways of living and relating.
My own life experiences have shaped a deep empathy and understanding of the many ways people struggle — emotionally, mentally, and relationally — and the unique paths each person has to take toward healing.
I work with curiosity and care, maintaining ethical awareness and sensitivity throughout, to support you on your journey toward greater resilience and well-being. Send me a message if you would like a 20 minute free session.
